TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 BMW X5. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE STARTED TO SHUTTER AND THEN IT SUDDENLY STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHO INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT SHE NEEDED TO REPLACE THE CRANKCASE VENT/OIL SEPARATOR THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND OFFERED HER A DISCOUNT ON THE PARTS AND FOR THE LABOR.
